In order to streamline support requests from students, we will use this support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference, this also provides a complete archive and history of all your support requests. The system requires students to log-in using the school username and password. For example:

Username : ABC0011
Password  : School Password
